HOUSING
PROJECTS
In partnership with the City of Courtenay, and M'akola Housing Society, we seek to address the on-going issue of affordable and accessible housing in the Comox Valley.
In 2019, we completed the Braidwood Project with our community partners. It added 35 much-needed units of affordable rental housing.

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT
WACHIAY is working towards building a 40 Unit complex as our next major project. These affordable rental units will be prioritizing Indigenous Elders and low income populations.
